When you use Ragily, we collect:

• Account information (email address, name) when you sign up
• API usage data including queries, endpoints called, and response metadata
• Technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and device information
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our API services
• Track API usage for billing and rate limiting
• Send service-related communications (outage notices, billing alerts)
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security threats

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate Ragily, including Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting, and PostgreSQL providers for data storage. These services have their own privacy policies and may process your data in accordance with their terms.

4. Data Retention

API usage logs are retained for 90 days for billing and debugging purposes. Search query content is not stored beyond the request lifecycle unless caching is explicitly enabled. Account data is retained until you delete your account.

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a machine-readable format
