Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ragily API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. API Usage

When using the Ragily API, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication
  • Not resell or redistribute API access without authorization
  • Keep your API keys confidential and secure
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Rate Limits & Fair Use

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for accounts that consistently exceed their allocated limits or engage in abusive usage patterns.

4. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Usage beyond your plan's included credits is billed at the overage rate specified in your plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to data you submit through the API. Ragily retains all rights to the Service, its underlying technology, and any improvements or derivatives thereof. Search results returned by the API are sourced from publicly available web content.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ragily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
